The EIT KICS CALL 2009 is now closed.
Following the closure of the call EIT-KICS-2009, the KICs selection procedure is underway. 20 Proposals were received, of which 18 eligible proposals are now being evaluated. Evaluation by external independent experts will be completed on 10 November, following which a final panel (also comprised of external independent experts) will perform a review and prepare a report to the Governing Board. Shortly after the final panel, the top 2 proposals from each priority area (up to 6 proposals in total) will be invited to hearings with the EIT Governing Board on 16 December. Immediately after the hearings, the Governing Board will announce the designated 2 or 3 KICs.
Please do not attempt to contact members of the EIT support staff or the EIT Governing Board for more details during the selection procedure as no further information will be available prior to the announcement of the designated 2 or 3 KICs.

The EIT launched its first call for proposals on 2 April 2009.
The deadline for proposal submission was 17:00, 27 August 2009 (Brussels time).
