EIT Red Kalyna is seeking nominations for exceptional Ukrainian female leaders!

Despite the ongoing struggle in Ukraine, women there are demonstrating remarkable entrepreneurial spirit and leadership. In 2023, over 50 per cent of new entrepreneurs were women, and over 30 per cent of C-level positions are held by women – exceeding global averages!

EIT Red Kalyna is a platform dedicated to:

• Spotlighting the achievements of Ukrainian female leaders.
• Uplifting women globally and inspiring them to dream big.
• Cultivating a supportive community and fostering thoughtful leadership.
