Innovation Project Officer (interim)

Join EIT as an Innovation Project Officer (Interim) for the duration of 6 months (with possibility of extension).

The tasks will be focussed on the design and development of creative and compelling communication materials for the EIT.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate Innovation Panel and related synergies
  • Support in Innovation and Business Creation and EIT Community (Cross-KIC) activities cooperation to responsible officers.
  • Support in expert management for the above areas.
  • Support in tracking activities progress, analysing of documents and reports, preparation of briefings for management.

Professional experience:

  • Experience in innovation management.
  • Experience in at least one EIT domain (business creation, innovation, education, regional capacity building).
  • Previous experience with drafting reports, concept papers and analytical documents.

Advantageous

  • Experience in working with EU programmes.
  • Knowledge in the field of managing or controlling grants/funds programmes.

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree.

Language skills:

  • Excellent/Proficient command of the English language (C1 Level based on the Common Framework of Reference Languages)

IT Skills:

  • Computer literacy and in particular good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office and Internet

Other Skills:

  • Computer literacy and in particular good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Prioritising and good organisation skills
  • Ability to work in international environment
