For over 20 years, Graciela has been highly implicated in the world of higher education and international development. After graduating in Romance Language Philology (Buenos Aires/Barcelona) she obtained a Master’s in Educational Sciences where she researched innovative pedagogy to train future managers (Lille University in partnership with Centrale Lille, French engineering school). She completed her PhD in Educational Sciences dealing with innovative partnerships and excellence in grandes écoles (prestigious French higher education institutions).
She has held several positions in higher education institutions both in France and internationally and worked as general manager in Centre-Val de Loire University (association of higher education and research institutions) where one of her missions was to monitor the implementation of the Regional Scheme for Higher Education and Student Life. She joined in 2016 Institut Mines-Télécom Business School (being part of Institut Mines-Telecom, a public institution dedicated to higher education, research, and innovation in engineering and digital technology) where she heads the international relations and development. As a specialist in the knowledge triangle, she provides expertise to the French Erasmus Agency, EACEA, and EIT.
