Former CEO of EBN, and Secretary General of Invest Europe, Javier enjoys a unique and complete overview of the European innovation and investment ecosystems. Javier is an expert jury member of the European Innovation Council and its predecessor SME Instrument; a senior advisor of the Blue Pioneers Fund investing in maritime technologies; founding partner at the investor services firm LDS Partners; investor and board member of BEG group and various early-stage companies; supervisory board member at the Spanish growth capital fund management company GED; and member on the Advisory Council of CRECER+ (Business Angels initiative in the Basque Region).
