András Sebők is representing the entire team behind the PrO4Bake innovation project.

The innovation

PrO4Bake aims to optimise production processes in SME bakeries to reduce food waste and minimise energy consumption. By using artificial intelligence and digital twinning for demand forecast, prO4Bake can analyse consumers' perceptions and demands and help production scheduling.
