Director of the Customer Department at the EUIPO, Inge leads customer-centric change to incorporate a fully segmented customer service approach and implement data-driven customer feedback. Graduating as a
telecommunications engineer from the University of Trier, Inge worked for Hewlett Packard, Frankfurt, and the Société Européenne des Satellites, Luxembourg, before joining the EUIPO. She speaks German, English, Italian, Spanish and French.
