Natasa is EY Women. Fast forward leader for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA).
Women. Fast forward is the EY ‘gender accelerator’ established at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2015 with aim to accelerate gender parity in the workplace. She was part of the team that supported the formation of Women 20 (W20), the G20 engagement group focused on gender equality and economic inclusiveness.
In her work, Natasa is focused on 3 pillars: Women in Entrepreneurship, Women in Leadership and the Next Generation of Women. She is also leading the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women program across EMEIA. The program identifies high-potential women entrepreneurs whose businesses show real potential to scale and provides them with ongoing support to help accelerate their growth.
Natasa has more than 20 years of experience in multinational environments, specializing in change management and public affairs. She has also been working closely with high-growth private companies for almost a decade.
