Over the past 25 years, Corina Kuiper has held a spectrum of strategic management, business development, and financial management positions. She has particular expertise and a proven track record in new business creation, (open) innovation management, transformation management, entrepreneurship/effectuation, strategy and M&A including valuation and post-merger integration. She has worked in different functional areas, different industries and in start-up environments as well as in established business settings, therefore she is able to project herself into the varying perspectives different people have on the same business case.

Corina is a Board Member and Director of the Corporate Venturing Network. She is the co-auteur of the book: Corporate Venturing, managing the innovation family, providing and overview and handles on how to create new business within a large organisation. She regularly lectures as a guest speaker across several international universities and business schools and speaks at international conferences and seminars. She is senior effectuator of the effectuation-intelligence network, an international network providing services in the field of uncertainty management. She has her own management consulting company ‘The Innovation Family’. 

Corina Kuiper has a Master Degree in Economics (Tilburg University, cum laude) and Technical Management (Technical University of Eindhoven, cum laude) and she is a certified Executive Master of Finance & Control (University of Amsterdam).
