EIT RawMaterials Summit 2021 IN FOCUS

RawMaterials Summit 2021, the global innovation and technology conference in the raw materials sector, goes live on 17 June 2021, this year in a new format and IN FOCUS.

The event gathers prominent speakers from the raw materials value chain, key policymakers, and European Commission representatives. With more than 700 global participants last year, the RawMaterials Summit hosted the launch of ERMA (European Raw Materials Alliance) and addressed critical challenges for the industry.

At the EIT RawMaterials Summit 2021, high-level speakers from politics, industry, research and academia will address all the pressing raw materials challenges for Europe. Speakers will include (among others): Mariya Gabriel, Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Youth, Education and Culture, European Commission; Bernd Schäfer, CEO and Managing Director, EIT RawMaterials; Thierry Breton, European Commissioner for Internal Market; Janez Potočnik, Co-Chair of UN International Resource Panel.
