Communications Support Officer

for 6 months

Salary: from 1 000 000 HUF gross 

The tasks will be focussed on the design and development of creative and compelling communication materials for the EIT.


  • The EITs flagship event: INNOVEIT 
  • The new EIT Higher Education initiative to increase the entrepreneurial capacity; 
  • The EIT in the new European Bauhaus initiative 
  • Launch of the new EIT Knowledge and Innovation Community in the Culture and Creativity Sector.
  • The interim staff should supervise the development, implementation of communication materials, with the support of external contractors as appropriate, with a special focus on social media. 


Completed Bachelor university degree

Professional experience:

Ability to demonstrate experience of above tasks through various professional experience 

Language skills:

Excellent/Proficient command of the English language (C1 Level based on the Common Framework of Reference Languages)

IT Skills:

  • Good knowledge of social media channels and tools

HR Support Officer

for 10 months

Salary: from 1 000 000 HUF gross 


  • Provide and coordinate EIT selection procedures (staff, interims and trainees) under the supervision of the Head of Section; 
  • Assist in the organisation of onboarding sessions for newcomers. 
  • Updating, developing and maintaining the EIT Staff intranet and distribution of the HR newsletter as well as EIT website related to updated information provided to candidates; 
  • Provide statistics and analysis to hierarchy on request. 
  • Contribute to smooth implementation of internal HR procedures. 
  • Provision of back-up function for other team members, when required in the interest of the business continuity. 
  • Any other tasks corresponding to the profile and grade as deemed necessary in the interest of the service.

Completed university degree attested by a diploma. 

Professional experience:

Work experience related to the tasks above of a minimum of 2 year.

Traineeships at EIT Headquarters

Traineeships at the EIT are addressed mainly to young university graduates, without excluding those who - in the framework of lifelong learning - have recently obtained a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career.

The aim of traineeships at the EIT is to:

  • Provide trainees an understanding of the objectives and activities of the EIT
  • Enable trainees to acquire practical experience and knowledge of the day-to-day work at the EIT Headquarters
  • Promote European integration through active participation to create awareness of true European citizenship
  • Enable trainees to put into practice knowledge acquired during their studies, and in particular in their specific areas of competence
