Provision of Services for the Development and Support of the EIT Alumni Community and Related Activities for the Period 2020-2021

The goal of this contract is to enlist the services of a suitably qualified organisation (or consortium) with experience in coordination of a network of professionals (ex. alumni), particularly in a pan-European context. This organisation will be contracted as an ‘operational alumni service’.The EIT Alumni services contract provider will have to implement services aiming at the development, growth and increased operational capacity of a visible and impact-oriented EIT Alumni Community, in line with the mission of the EIT, which is to boost innovation in Europe, create jobs and deliver sustainable economic growth opportunities for Europe. Services will also include contribution to the delivery of the KPIs related to the contract and as well as ensuring proper tracking of the KPIs related to the activities of the EIT Alumni Community. Providing advice for the future evolution of the EIT Alumni Community based on the services provided is also foreseen under current contract.
