This report describing the situation of digitalisation and AI maturity among small and medium sized enterprises (SME) from manufacturing and food industries, is the result of work package 1 of the end-toend digitalised production testbed cross-KIC project. It was created in close collaboration between EIT Manufacturing, EIT Food, EIT Digital, and a selection of KIC members, providing the necessary insights into the topic of digitalised food and beverage manufacturing processes.
