EIT Health Masterclass: “Healthcare Informatics For Senior Managers in Healthcare”

Informatics plays an ever increasing and innovating role in the daily practice of Healthcare.

The exponential growth of (bio)medical data creates new opportunities, but also poses challenges to healthcare managers.

This masterclass – organised as part of EIT Health – will enable you to identify the opportunities and will provide you several frameworks to evaluate the possibilities from different perspectives.
The class is designed for business and healthcare managers in cure and care institutions, who are responsible for organizational units of 100 to 1000 people. The class is taught in English.

Different aspects of healthcare informatics projects will be handled, mainly: Digital technologies in healthcare organizations, Data governance in healthcare, Implementation, Data re-use and data quality.

The masterclass will take place in Valencia, Spain, from 23 to 25 January 2017 and is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
