Citizen Participation Forum on consumer trust in the food chain: exploring barriers and motivations

This study aimed to gain a deeper understanding of consumer attitudes towards the food chain and, in particular, the role of trust. The presented insights, needs and recommendations in this report are the conclusions from the Citizens Participation Forum which took place between late 2020 and early 2021.
