Health innovation training for key leaders

Senior executives and policy makers can learn about issues affecting healthcare innovation and delivery, and discuss the possibilities with other leaders in the field, in an educational programme supported by EIT Health and delivered in three-day segments at four European cities between July and November.

The deadline to apply is 2 June.

The Advanced Management Program in Health Innovation Management (AMP-HIM) will be delivered by Imperial College Business School, IESE Business School and Copenhagen Business Schools.

Demographic change is one of the main challenges European societies are facing today, with increasing pressure on health and social care costs at a time of constrained financial resources. Tackling this requires of exceptional leaders who possess the values, the vision and the ideas to drive exceptional health innovation, which is why this course addresses targets health sector senior executives, policy makers and senior leaders from the health industries who are interested in driving innovation.

The program allows seasoned professionals to engage in intense debate with top-tier colleagues and faculty members on the key issues affecting healthcare innovation and delivery today. By challenging each other, and sharing their knowledge and experience, participants gain new management insights and come away with stronger decision-making and implementation skills.

The experience is built on active learning methodologies. The case method is intended to take participant’s thinking to the next level, and interaction with faculty members and peer-to-peer synergies is designed to offer a broader global perspective, insights and the framework that can help participants shape their organisation’s future and drive its growth.

Dates and locations:
  • Module 1: London, 3-6 July
  • Module 2: Munich, 18-21 September
  • Module 3: Copenhagen, 23-26 October
  • Module 4: Barcelona, 27-30 November.

The cost of the course is €10 000 for EIT Health members and €14 000 for non-members.
