We’re thrilled to share a momentous milestone for the Deep Tech Talent Initiative – 75 organisations, including education providers, businesses, and financial partners have united as Pledgers!

This demonstrates a collective dedication to pushing the boundaries of deep tech and cultivating innovation on a global scale. And the momentum hasn’t stopped.

Our 75 Pledgers bring diverse expertise and experiences, enriching our shared knowledge. From AI to quantum computing, blockchain to biotechnology, their involvement highlights the importance of nurturing talent in these cutting-edge fields.

The EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative is in line with our mission to prepare, place and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. It takes courage to take on global unemployment, but together with our partners we believe we can rise to this challenge and fundamentally transform education to employment systems in Europe. Being part of the Deep Tech Talent Initiative boosts our organisation’s visibility and credibility in the tech community. It also demonstrates our ongoing commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion of underrepresented and disadvantaged communities in the tech sector. We are confident that this Pledge will help us to further tap into a network of cutting-edge technology experts, innovators and stakeholders to further increase the quality and quantity of our offerings.

What is the Deep Tech Talent Initiative?

It’s an EIT programme dedicated to accelerating the development and promotion of deep technology across Europe. It serves as a bridge to train deep tech talent and connect aspiring innovators, experienced professionals, visionary entrepreneurs and leading organisations in the field of deep technology.
