Mathilde is a food activist, disruptive thinker, and the CEO & co-founder of the award winning Danish scale-up, Fresh.Land. Fresh.Land is an online store that delivers food straight from the farm to customer homes, giving customers the option of eating fresh and in-season ingredients.
Mathilde was an appointed member of the 'CEO Commitment' taskforce, advising the Danish Government on 'Digitization.' She was identified as a role model in the publication '25 female founders you should know' by the Danish Chamber of Commerce and the national newspaper Berlingske.
Mathilde was awarded the 'EU Women Innovator' in Brussels in 2021. Fresh.Land has been coined 'truly [a] pioneer in the new climate economy' by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and Forbes identified it as 'one of the most promising green startups in the EU.'
