Creation of a taxonomy for the European AI ecosystem

For known taxonomies on Artificial Intelligence to meet the requirement of the high-level European ambition presented under the Digital Europe framework as well as under the European Green Deal framework call for a taxonomy evolution to result in an AI taxonomy with a transformational agenda in mind while at the same time being compatible with existing legacy taxonomies
