Destination Europe - Panel Session on the EIT & KICs

"Destination Europe" is a forum for leading European research organisations, funders and industry to present the opportunities they offer to researchers and innovators from anywhere in the world and it is a joint initiative of the European Union and its Member States.

During the next Destination Europe event taking place in San Francisco (USA), the EIT and its three KICs are participating in a breakout session on 7 December entitled 'The European Institute of Innovation and Technology: what is in it for me?'

In this session, you will have the opportunity to find out more about the possibilities of taking part and benefiting from the EIT's approach to education and its KICs' education, innovation and entrepreneurship programmes and activities. If you are a dynamic and creative student, researcher or young entrepreneur, willing to work in some of the most prestigious European universities and companies, in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, this is a session you cannot miss!

In this session you will have the opportunity to meet EIT ICT Labs' Chief Executive Officer, chat to Eleanor Saunders about the education opportunities Climate-KIC offers, and share your views with a KIC InnoEnergy young entrepreneur. The session will feature interactive presentations, with video testimonials and an open debate.
