Innovation Convention website

The Innovation Convention is an essential part of the Innovation Union flagship initiative. It will take place on a regular basis to take stock of the progress made towards the objectives of the Innovation Union and to discuss ways forward with a broader perspective in the global innovative economy. The EIT is invited to participate to the event through a fringe session "Creating environments for innovation".

How will the EIT create new environment for innovation?
How are the EIT and its three Knowledge and Innovation Communities changing the way collaboration for innovation is happening?

The discussion with the EIT and the three KICs will focus on how the EIT concept works in practice and how it creates tangible benefits for society. The KICs experiences can also provide useful insights to existing and future centres of excellence.
