Release of EIT Health-McKinsey & Co report on AI and healthcare

EIT Health and McKinsey & Company, will present their joint report, “Transforming Healthcare with AI: The impact on the healthcare workforce and organisations”, on 3 March 2020 at 'The Hotel' in Brussels.

The report explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the future of healthcare and its workforce. It also defines the new organisational models and skill sets healthcare professionals will need.

The report provides an essential addition to the current debate on AI and deepens our understanding of its effect on healthcare, bringing together four distinct elements:

• the decision makers’ view of the state-of-play in early 2020
• a robust methodology to evaluate the impact of automation and AI on skills and activities in healthcare in Europe
