EIT Health Accelerator competition for startups and SMEs

EIT Health Accelerator competition for startups and SMEs

The EIT Health French Co-location Centre* is launching its first Accelerator competition for startups and SMEs, called 'YOU ARE INVENTING THE HEALTH OF THE FUTURE'. Selected proposals will receive specialised expertise and coaching, as well as grants and access to an exclusive business community.

The competition is open to startups and SMEs with healthcare innovations that can make an impact in one of the three EIT Health Accelerator areas of focus:

  • Self-management of health;
  • Active ageing; or
  • Improving healthcare.

Seven winners will be selected to receive a grant (50 000 €) to speed-up access to market with tailored local coaching. All 25 selected candidates will gain visibility in the EIT Health community and will be able to apply to other acceleration instruments.

The innovation proposals can be for a product and/or a service in biotechnology, medical technology or digital health.

The contest is open to recently incorporated startups and SMEs with a first Proof of Interest. It is not required to be a member of a cluster.
