InnoEnergy: Be a mentor and make a difference!
InnoEnergy is calling for mentors for its acceleration programme InnoEnergy Highway, in which early stage start-ups from the cleantech field are supported all along the path from the idea to the final customer.
On this ocassion we are looking for mentors for a framework agreement of four years to be reviewed every year. The deadline to send applications is 11th December 2016 for the contract to be started on January 2017 until December 2020. The mentors must have 10+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, running their own businesses and/or professional services, with 2h per week availability during office hours and professional English as a mandatory requirement.
The mentoring process for the selected entrepreneurs includes team assessment, customer validation, business model, sales & marketing strategy, financial plan, launching customer and financing round. In every phase there are clear milestones and documents to achieve that we expect that our entrepreneurs are ready to prepare with their mentors.
The main reasons to be a mentor are not only the personal satisfaction by making a difference in the start-up development, but also the possibility of inspiring with your leadership and management skills as well as helping young entrepreneurs create successful companies.
