EIT Urban Mobility: Call for external evaluators and rapporteurs

EIT Urban Mobility is looking for external experts to support the evaluation of the applications received during the launched calls for proposals. The portfolio of proposals to be evaluated cover the thematic areas of Innovation, Business Creation, Academy, Citizen Engagement, Public Realm and Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS).

Independent external experts may assist in the evaluation of proposals or by performing the role of rapporteur during the evaluation process. Skills, professional experience and expertise linked to any of EIT Urban Mobility’s priorities are welcome.

Important elements and requirements:

External evaluators:

  • An advanced university degree attested by a diploma;
  • Participation in the evaluation of EU-funded programmes, preferably Horizon 2020
  • Proven knowledge of intervention logic and other logic models
  • Proven experience in at least one of the thematic areas/topics
  • Fluency in English (written)

External rapporteurs:

  • An advanced university degree attested by a diploma
  • Participation in the evaluation of EU-funded programmes, preferably Horizon 2020
  • Participation in evaluations as rapporteur (or similar role)
  • Proven knowledge of intervention logic and other logic models
  • Fluency in English (written)

The intended start date for this framework agreement is, at the latest, end of May 2021.
