EIT Urban Mobility is pleased to welcome you to our Inauguration Event, which will take place on 19 November at the Central Agora of the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

This Inauguration Event is a key moment for EIT Urban Mobility as it represents the official start of our Innovation Community and its activities in 2020.

We will offer you a complete programme with inspirational discussions, high-level speakers and networking opportunities.

The event will start with opening speeches by Mr Luís Gómez, the coordinator of EIT Urban Mobility, Ms Alice Fiser, Head of Communications and Stakeholder Relations at the EIT and Ms Maria Tsavachidis, CEO of EIT Urban Mobility. The speeches will be followed by a panel of high-level experts representing cities, industry, universities, research and the European Commission, and with final speeches by the Mayor of Milan and the Mayor of Barcelona. To close the event, all attendees are invited to stay and enjoy the networking cocktail until 19.30.

Please note that an Expo pass of the Smart City Expo World Congress is required to be able to access the location of the inauguration event. You don’t need to register to attend the event. Seats will be available at a first-come, first-served basis.
