About EIT Community Education

EIT Community Education brings together all 8 Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) to work jointly on a primary strategic focus – education. When such efforts are united under the EIT Community, a “Learner Lifecycle” is formed, opening unprecedented opportunities for students, scholars, and professionals working and studying in Europe. Four unique education initiatives (Girls Go Circular, EIT Deep Tech Talent, EIT Campus, EIT Alumni) contribute to the Learner Lifecycle by providing opportunities in skilling, upskilling, and reskilling. As a result, participating EIT Community partners and learners are equipped to innovate solutions to global challenges tackled by European policies, most notably the Green Deal, the New European Innovation Agenda, and efforts to eliminate the gender skills gap. Interaction with any step of our Learner Lifecycle also addresses several global challenges described in the SDGs.
