Traineeship call for applications

The EIT is launching a call for application for its traineeship programme for a period of six months for an intake in spring 20201 . The trainee will support the daily operations of the Director’s Office team and/or Communications and Stakeholder Relations Unit and/or Innovation Communities Unit and/or Strategy and Impact Unit and/or Services and Finance Unit at the EIT. The place of employment will be Budapest, where the EIT Headquarters are located. The trainee allocated to the EIT Liaison Office will be based in Brussels.

Grant Assurance Officer (FGIV)

The EIT is organising a call for expressions of interest with a view to establishing a reserve list for Contract Staff (CA) for the profile of Grant Assurance Officer.

Reporting to the Head of Innovation Communities Unit, the Grant Assurance Officer will work in the Grant Assurance Section, ensuring compliance of grants provided to Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) of the EIT with the procedures stipulated by Horizon 2020 Framework Programme (H2020) and EIT specific regulations.

The tasks of the Grant Assurance Officer will include the following:

Administrative Assistant (AST4)

The EIT is organising a call for expressions of interest with a view to establishing a reserve list for Temporary Staff (TA) for the profile of Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate(s) will be part of either one of the following core operational units of the EIT, namely the ‘Innovation Communities’ Unit, the ‘Strategy and Impact’ Unit or the ‘Communications and Stakeholder Relations’ Unit.

Finance Coordination Officer (AD8)

The EIT is now organising a call for expressions of interest with a view to establishing a reserve list for Temporary Staff (TA) for the profile of Finance Coordination Officer.

The place of employment will be Budapest, where the EIT's seat is located.

Finance Assistant (FGIII)

The EIT is organising a call for expressions of interest with a view to establishing a reserve list for Contract Staff (CA) for the profile of Finance Assistant. The place of employment will be Budapest, where the EIT seat is located.

Reporting to the Head of Unit Services and Finance or the Head of Unit Innovation Communities, the Finance Assistant will contribute to the implementation and development of Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) of the EIT, notably in the field of finance and/or grant assurance.

Procurement Officer (FGIV)

DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 8 MARCH 2019

 

Reporting to the Head of Services and Finance, the Procurement Officer will work in the Procurement and Contracts Section, contributing to the effective implementation of the EIT’s Annual Work Programme by developing a procurement strategy and transposing it to the procurement plan.

The Procurement Officer will provide advice and training to operational units, adapt procurement procedures to the needs of the EIT and ensure that procurement procedures and contracts are legally sound.

Communications Assistant (FGIII)

Reporting to the Head of Unit Communications and Stakeholder Relations, the Communications Assistant will be part of the EIT’s Communications Section.

The Communications and Stakeholder Relations Unit is responsible for the EIT’s external Communications activities, engagement with the EIT’s internal and external Stakeholders, as well for the provision of policy and strategic advice to the EIT Director in developing and implementing the EIT’s communication and stakeholder engagement strategy.
